If you don't see your question here, contact support after you log in.
- What is CN Recovery?
- CN Recovery is an administrative portal for documenting, verifying, and administering repayments related to historical claims tied to CN-affiliated legacy entities. It is not a custodian of funds.
- Does CN Recovery hold my funds?
- No. CN Recovery never holds, receives, or routes funds. Any repayments, when and if they happen, go directly from a private wallet to the wallet address you attested to during onboarding.
- Will I receive a repayment?
- Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval or repayment. Final treatment depends on legal review, your documentation, and applicable agreements. Any repayment is subject to available approved funds.
- How long does review take?
- We do not commit to a fixed timeline. Identity review begins immediately. Claim review begins once your identity is approved and required documentation is provided.
- What documents will I be asked to provide?
- A government-issued ID, proof of address, your original contract or agreement, evidence of the original transfer (bank receipt or on-chain transaction), and any other supporting documentation you have.
- What languages does the portal support?
- English and Spanish. You can change your language at any time from the top bar.
