Terms of Use

Effective date: [Set on first publish]

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CN Recovery portal (the "Portal"), an administrative interface operated for the verification, documentation, communication, and repayment administration of historical claims connected to legacy CN-affiliated entities.

Section 1. Nature of the Portal.

The Portal is an administrative tool only. It does not solicit investments, offer securities, accept deposits, or hold or custody any funds. The Portal does not promise, guarantee, or commit to any repayment.

Section 2. Eligibility.

You may use the Portal only if you have a bona-fide historical claim relating to one of the legacy entities supported by the Portal and you agree to provide accurate documentation in support of that claim.

Section 3. Account and accuracy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you submit. Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information may result in rejection of your claim and may be reported to applicable authorities.

Section 4. Documentation.

You agree to upload requested documents through the Portal and to use the Portal as the canonical channel for status updates, communications, and acknowledgments.

Section 5. No advisory relationship.

Nothing in the Portal constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own counsel.

Section 6. No guarantee of repayment.

The submission, acceptance, or verification of a claim does not guarantee repayment. Repayments, if and when made, are subject to available approved funds and applicable agreements, and are made in the sole discretion of the entity associated with your claim.

Section 7. Modifications.

These Terms may be updated. Updated versions will be made available through the Portal; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Section 8. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction associated with the legacy entity to which your claim relates.

Section 9. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither CN Recovery nor any of its operators shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

Section 10. Contact.

All communications should be conducted through the Portal's support channel.
